WSL 14 is a narrow gauge 60 ton oil burning Class C (three-truck) Shay built by Lima in 1916. It has 32" driving wheels and three 11" x 12" cylinders. Its previous owners include West Side Lumber Company in California. It is used to pull tourist trains at the Georgetown Loop Railroad, Silver Plume, Colorado.
