Built in 1945 by Lima, this 162-ton three-truck locomotive is reputed to be the last standard-gauge Shay every built. The big engine has 48" drivers and 17" x 18" cylinders. It is in operation at the Cass Scenic Railroad, Cass, West Virginia. |
