This 93-ton three-truck locomotive was built in 1928 by Lima and sold to the Mayo Lumber Company in British Columbia. It has 36" drivers and 13" x 15" cylinders. It served other lumber companies and industries in BC before moving to the Cass Scenic Railroad, Cass, West Virginia. In June, 2005, we rode behind this engine double-headed with Meadow River Lumber 6, a Heisler, on the Bald Mountain run. |
