Because there is a depot on the right side of the locomotive and a water tower on the left side, it is difficult to get good photos - especially of the left side. Here is a photo of some details on the left side, including the air pump. | |
The odd appliance shown here is apparently a discharge vent for washing down the oil-burning grate. |
