Norfolk & Western 2156 (2-8-8-2)

N&W 2156 is a class Y6a compound locomotive built by Norfolk & Western Railroad in their Roanoke shops in 1942. Engine and tender together weigh 961,500 lbs. The locomotive is on display at the National Museum of Transportation, Kirkwood, Missouri.
